Job Description
Exxon is seeking dependable, organized stockers for a gas station or convenience store. Stockers help keep shelves and coolers stocked, maintain clean and welcoming store areas, and assist customers in finding products.
Responsibilities
Stocking: Replenish shelves, coolers, and displays with beverages, snacks, and other convenience store products. Product Quality: Rotate stock, check expiration dates, and remove expired or damaged merchandise. Inventory: Monitor product availability, assist with stock counts, and report shortages. Receiving Deliveries: Unload, sort, and store incoming merchandise safely. Store Organization: Keep displays neat, maintain accurate price labels, and organize storage areas. Cleaning: Clean shelves, coolers, and assigned store areas; replenish supplies at fuel islands as needed. Customer Service: Help customers locate products and provide friendly assistance. Safety: Follow store procedures and use carts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely after appropriate training.
Requirements
Dependability, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Good communication skills and a helpful customer service attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move merchandise throughout a shift, with reasonable accommodation as needed. Availability for assigned shifts, which may include evenings, weekends, or overnight hours. Previous stocking, retail, or warehouse experience preferred.
